Free Spirit Bundle, LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Florida, USA.
The Sweepstakes begins January 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends June 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least 25 years old at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and household members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
There are two methods of entry.
(a) PURCHASE METHOD
Purchasing the Free Spirit Bundle Five-Year Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle (the
“Anniversary Bundle”) grants five (5) entries. Purchase entries are only valid for
Anniversary Bundle orders placed between January 1 and January 31, 2026. After January
31, 2026, no further purchase entries will be accepted.
(b) FREE METHOD OF ENTRY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
Entrants may earn up to five (5) free entries by posting genuine content about Free Spirit
Bundle on their personal Instagram or Facebook account on up to five separate calendar
days. Posts may include photos, testimonials, styled images, unboxings, or any authentic
content related to Sponsor. Each post must tag @freespiritbundle.
If platform tagging fails, Sponsor may require proof of posting (such as screenshots or
links).
Limit one (1) free entry per calendar day, maximum five (5) free entries.
Maximum total entries per person across all methods: ten (10).
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, corrupted, or incomplete entries.
One (1) winner will receive a five-night stay at Sponsor’s private Anguilla home. The stay
must be completed within eighteen (18) months of winner confirmation and is subject to
availability, blackout dates, and prior bookings as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,975.
Travel, airfare, transportation, meals, gratuities, security deposits, and all other incidental
expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner.
Winner and any guests will be required to sign and comply with Sponsor’s standard rental
agreement and house rules for the Anguilla property, and must coordinate dates directly
with Sponsor.
Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted or transferred except at Sponsor’s
discretion.
On or about June 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) winner by drawing a single physical entry ticket from a randomized pool of all eligible entries during a live broadcast on Sponsor’s Instagram and Facebook pages. Each eligible entry will correspond to one physical ticket. Sponsor will ensure all tickets are identical and thoroughly mixed before the drawing. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be announced during the live drawing. The potential winner does not need
to be present on the live broadcast to win.
If the winning entry was generated through a purchase, Sponsor will notify the potential
winner via the email address associated with the order.
If the winning entry was generated through the free entry method, Sponsor will notify the
potential winner via direct message on the platform where the entry was posted.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours and provide a valid email address to
receive verification documents.
Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
where permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other causes impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation or the acceptance or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions.
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes entrant’s consent for Sponsor to use entrant’s name, city/state, likeness, and content for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
Information collected will be used only for Sweepstakes administration and handled according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 based on the ARV.
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Entrants release these platforms from any liability related to this Sweepstakes.
A copy of these Official Rules will be available at freespiritbundle.com during the
Sweepstakes Period.
The name of the confirmed winner may be requested from Sponsor within 60 days after
winner selection.
